Challenge One
My design is based upon a fancy sport car.
In the winter time in the North East, sport cars are not taken out due to salt on roads. The Spring is near and Barbie proudly takes her sport car out for show Each item adorning the model were made with no pattern. This ensemble went from drawing to assembly, hand beaded, and hand sewn. I hope she enjoys the ride!

My design is based on the video game Little Planet Big World. This game contains beautiful colors and many shapes.
The shape of my girl's gown and the hemline is based on ocean waves with shades of blue and silver. The yellow gloves represent the rays of the sun on the waves. The green bag represents land. The main character of the game is peeping out of the bag.Her headpiece is my hand beaded mosaic version of a sea horse.
No patterns were used, the headpiece and beaded shoulder were hand beaded.
